SOAR III Freshmen & STAR Transfers
If you are attending SOAR III or STAR, you may move into your residence hall
between 8am and 10pm on Thursday, August 21.
Freshmen & Transfer Students
All other freshmen and transfer students may move in between 8am and 4pm on
Saturday, August 23. Check-in will be at your assigned residence hall.
Upperclassmen
All upperclassmen may move in between Sunday, August
24 and Tuesday, August
26 between 10am and 10pm. Check-in will be at your assigned residence hall.
Note: Village check-ins will be located in North Hall.
Fall Meals
While the residence halls are open on the above
dates, please be aware that no food service is available until the
evening of Tuesday, August 26, 2008.
Meal Plan Changes
Students wishing to adjust their meal plans for
Fall may do so until Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 5pm.
Early Arrivals
The University has an early arrival policy in order to better prepare for
incoming students. Unless you have been pre-approved to arrive early, please
plan to arrive at your appointed time.

January 2009
Halls Re-Open
Following Winter Break, the residence halls re-open at Noon on Saturday,
January 3, 2009. Since the Halls re-open on a weekend four days prior to
the start of classes, only students participating in official University
functions that are approved by Residence Life will be allowed to arrive
earlier than January 3, 2009.
Spring Meals
While the residence halls are open on Saturday,
January 3, 2009, please be aware that no food service is available until the
evening of Tuesday, January 6, 2009.
Meal Plan Changes
Students wishing to adjust their meal plans for
Spring, may do so until Wednesday, January 14 at 5pm.
