The Villages includes the Hazeart, Ramona, Lincoln Park, University, Weinbach apartments,  the University Duplexes and  North Hall.  UE also owns a number of houses within walking distance of campus. All are maintained by the University and residence life policies apply.

Descriptions of Village Properties are listed below:

University Apartments:  University apartments are located at 2010 Lincoln Avenue.  These 1-bedroom apartments have a kitchenette, small dining area, and living room.  Convenient access to The Slice and Subway.  16 2-person apartments are available.  Laundry facilities are accessible at the Lincoln Park Apartments.

Lincoln Park Apartments:  Lincoln Park Apartments are located at 2024 Lincoln Avenue in a residential area.  These apartments offer the freedom and responsibility of living in a community.  There are both 2-person and 3-person apartments available.  A total of 10 apartments are available.

Hazeart Apartments:  Hazeart apartments are located on Lincoln Avenue next to the Slice.  These large apartments, which house up to 6 people, include a double kitchen advantage.  Three 6-person apartments and two 2-person apartments are available.  Laundry facilities are accessible at the Ramona apartments.

Ramona Apartments:  Ramona apartments are located at 2025 Lincoln Avenue.  These apartments offer a quiet atmosphere conducive to studying.  There are both 2-person and 4-person apartments available.  A total of 12 apartments are available.

Weinbach Apartments:  Weinbach apartments are located at 216 S. Weinbach Avenue.  These cozy apartments have access to a small picnic area with a basketball court.  A total of 18 2-person apartments are available.

Duplexes:  Duplexes are located along Walnut Street and Rotherwood Avenue.  These duplexes have 2 stories and offer a more traditional style of living.  A total of 10 duplexes are available.  All are 3-person arrangements except for one 5-person duplex.

North Hall:  North Hall is located at 305 S. Weinbach Avenue.  These apartments offer privacy while still having the option of living with friends.  All apartments are designed for 4 person occupancy with individual bedrooms and 2 bathrooms per unit.  There are a total of 21 4-person apartments in this building.  North Hall is on card-swipe access.The Village Office is located in this apartment complex.   

Houses:  A variety of houses are available along Weinbach Avenue, Frederick Street, and Walnut Street.  House sizes range from 2-per to 6-person with approximately 23 houses available.
