The University of Evansville is pleased to announce
UE Alert, an emergency alert sent as text messages to your cell phone, wireless PDA, or pager. You may also choose to receive a voice alert to non-UE telephone numbers.

The UE Alert will only be used in the case of a Campus Emergency where immediate action needs to taken by members of the community.

It is highly recommended that students living in Villages, fraternity houses, or commuting from home sign up for this service as it will be the primary form of communication in the event of an emergency. 

Sign up is easy, and it's free! Just go through the simple two-step sign-up process by going to http://acelink.evansville.edu or the UE Alert Sign-up.

Please check your wireless plan for any fees you might be charged for receiving text messages and to make sure that your phone may receive text messages.
