Telephone Service

Telephones

All residence halls and North Hall have Internet protocol (IP) telephones installed in their rooms. These telephones run over the campus network the same as the computers on campus and have separate lines to accommodate each student in a room. All students living in these areas will be assigned a permanent telephone number. This number remains with the student as long as he or she is living continuously in an area supplied by this telephone system. The IP telephone service does not extend to the other Villages, fraternity or campus apartments.  Please check the OTS web site for material on the use of IP phones:  http://ots.evansville.edu

Long Distance Service.   Long distance calls can only be made with the use of personal calling cards.
