A wonderful opportunity exists in the Residence Halls
for students to become directly involved in their living
environment!
The Hall
Councils Each residence
hall has a Hall Council that is funded by the Student
Government Association.
Hall Council meets
on a weekly basis to discuss and address student
concerns, fund hall projects, and enhance their
living environment.
Hall Council has
representation on RSA General Assembly, SGA Student
Congress, Residential Area Assessments Committee,
Food Advisory Board, and other subcommittees that
positively affect the quality of campus living.
These student groups meet with campus administrators
to help set residence hall policies and address
student needs and concerns.
Getting Involved Information on
each Hall Council will be available at the beginning of
the fall term, or you can contact the Hall Staff for
information on when and where the Hall Council will
meet.
Officers and Representatives are
selected at the beginning of each semester. Click the
buttons below for more information on election timelines
and positions for 2007-08.
Your Hall Council is an excellent and easy
opportunity to get involved in the University of
Evansville Residence Life community. We hope you'll
check it out!
