IMPORTANT NOTES!

Room and Board Contracts are binding for the full academic year! 

If you presently receive financial aid, you may experience a decrease in aid if you plan on moving to non-UE housing.  Please contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.

Students are expected to read all university and housing policies before submitting their online housing contract, as submission of the online housing contract binds them to all such policies.

All students should submit their online housing contract through WebAdvisor by March 13th.

CONSOLIDATION:  The Residence Life Office reserves the right to consolidate individuals who do not have a roommate.

Please bring your student ID when you sign up for housing.

If you are unable to sign-up in person, send a proxy.  Make sure your proxy has all the needed materials including your student ID.  Please have alternative selections in case your first choice is not available.

If you desire a special accommodation (i.e. single room), for a documented medical condition, you must submit a Special Needs Housing Accommodation Form and a Single Room Request Form.  This does not guarantee that your request will be met.  Singles are based on space available.
