Office of Residence Life

Lifestyle Key

This list of lifestyle questions will assist us in matching you with a roommate.

We are committed to helping all incoming students have a good year in the residence halls.  While we will try our best to make good matches, we hope you recognize that all relationships take work to be successful.

Perhaps one of the toughest adjustments to college life is sharing a room.  While we will attempt to match roommates with similar preferences, we cannot guarantee that you or your roommate will become best friends or be perfect matches.  It will be necessary for you to respect one another and have open communication.  Good roommates talk about their experiences in college and deal with conflict when it arises.
