Standard Extra Long Beds
Hale Hall comes with longer beds that are 36" x 80" (6’6” long).  These come standard in Hale.  We recommend that all Hale residents come with extra long sheets.
Super Long Beds  For students that are 6’5” and taller, we have a limited number of super long beds at 36” x 90” (7’5” long).  These beds are provided on a first come first serve basis with preference given to the tallest individuals.  An initial determination regarding who will receive super long beds will be made on July 31.  If any super long beds are remaining, those beds will be distributed after the building opens.

Lofts:  New for Fall 2007 - All beds are designed to be lofted or bunked as an option. 
Rented, purchased, or personally constructed lofts are not allowed.  

Furniture: New furniture includes two beds, dressers, and desks with lighted carrels.  This furniture is movable and can be arranged to preference.  Two built-in closets provide ample storage.

Other Features: Large game & recreation room, full kitchen, outdoor sports facilities

History: Opened in 1966 and named for Dr. Lincoln B. Hale, fourth president of the University.
