Guest Housing
All visitors requesting on-campus housing must either be a guest
of a current resident, have an academic purpose at UE (campus
tour, recruiting), or be a visiting alum.
Guest Housing is reserved on a first come-first-served basis.
Reservations, Rates & Payments:
Reservations can be made by
calling the Office of
Residence Life at (812) 488-2956 or coming into the Residence
Life Office in the McCurdy Alumni Memorial Union.
Guestroom rates are $30/night for 1 person and $40/night for
2 people.
Payment is due at the time of reservation. We accept cash,
check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover for the exact amount.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to get a refund.
There is no refund for cancellations after that point.

Guest rooms are not available
over Breaks or during the Summer period.
All persons staying in
University housing agree to abide by
University policy.
